The attorneys at Mendoza & Mueller have been practicing exclusively in the area of immigration law since 1996.  Not only are our attorneys licensed in the states of Florida, Illinois and Wisconsin, we are authorized to practice immigration law in any of the 50 States. We are fluent in English, Spanish, Arabic, and French. The law firm of Mendoza & Mueller handles every aspect of immigration law from representing individuals before USCIS and Immigration Court to assisting businesses and individuals in obtaining visas of every type.

Our Mission

We at the law firm of Mendoza & Mueller understand the challenges of the immigration process. It is our mission to aid in this process by providing personal legal guidance, representing clients with permanent residence or temporary employment, petitions for alien relatives, obtaining citizenship in the United States, and obtaining visas at the U.S. Consulate among other things. History of Our Firm

Our firm was founded by Juan J. Mendoza and Kimberly A. Mueller and we have been practicing law in the state of Florida since 1994. The law firm of Mendoza & Mueller has been in existence since 1997 and since its inception, we have focused our practice solely in the area of immigration law. Both Kim Mueller and Juan Mendoza are licensed members in good standing of both the Florida and Illinois Bars. Ms. Mueller is also a member of the Wisconsin Bar and both attorneys are members of the federal bars in these jurisdictions.
