Juan J. Mendoza, Esq.

     Juan J. Mendoza has over fourteen years of experience as an immigration attorney. He practices exclusively in the area of immigration law and has extensive experience representing clients with USCIS with their applications for adjustment of status, asylum, cancellation of removal, naturalization, temporary protective status, and petitions for alien relatives. Most notably, Mr. Mendoza has presented oral arguments before the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta, Georgia as well as successfully appealing many cases to the Board of Immigration Appeals in Washington, D.C.  In addition to representing individuals in all venues of immigration, Mr. Mendoza has a successful body of experience representing American companies with Labor Department and petitions to USCIS.  He also represents clients with non-immigrant and immigrant visa applications with the Department of State, applications with the Immigration Court during removal proceedings, and appeals with the Board of Immigration Appeals, Federal District, and Circuit Courts.

     Mr. Mendoza was born in Managua, Nicaragua and as a native Spanish speaker, he effectively utilizes his bilingual skills in working with clients.  He is fluent in Spanish, conversational in French, and is currently learning Italian.  In addition, Mr. Mendoza prides himself in his exhaustive research on behalf of his clients.  He utilizes any and all legal sources available in order to provide the best advocacy for his clients.  This research allows him to remain unflinching in his arguments before Immigration Court.  He is extremely accessible and understands that for some, it may be the first encounter with the American legal system.  Mr. Mendoza personally understands the complexities of the Immigration process and is fully dedicated to ensuring success for his clients.
