Immigration - K-1 Visa The K-1 Visa allows the fiancé of a U.S. citizen to enter the U.S. for a 90 day period to marry the U.S. citizen and then apply for adjustment of status to permanent resident. The dependents of the fiancé(e) are allowed to enter the U.S. with a K-2 visa. Immigration - L-1 Visa The L-1 visa is utilized by international companies to transfer high-level employees from oversees to provide services in a similar capacity in the United States. Immigration - B-2 Visa The B-2 visa allows an individual to enter the United States for pleasure. These activities may include visiting a family member, touring, and receiving medical treatment. |
